This professional-grade Le Griddle Dual Burner Griddle with Cart features 304 stainless steel construction and two U-Shape stainless steel burners that output a total of 18,000 BTUs. The griddle surface measures 29-3/8" wide by 15-3/4" deep, providing a generous 463 sq. inch cooking space.

A removable grease tray and a battery-operated ignition system offer convenient operation. The accompanying freestanding cart features fold-down shelves and locking swivel casters. Compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane Gas, all necessary conversions are included. Built in France.
